Pullip production runs have been as little as 300, 500, 600 and 1200. A normal run for Pullip is 1500-3000, based on release and anticipated popularity.
How many dolls are made each year?
Pullip, Dal, Little Pullip and Little Dal are issues on a monthly basis. 12 Pullip dolls are made each year.
Taeyang is issued on a bi monthly basis (depending on release) 6-7 Taeyang dolls are issued each year
Byul is issued on a tri monthly basis (depending on release) 4-5 Byul dolls are issued each year

Groove of Korea is manufacturer and Asian and EU distributor. Jun Planning USA, Inc is the North American distributor.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Of course we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied. If your item is damaged in shipping, or may have a manufacturer defect, please let us know. Further exchange information will be given on a per circumstance basis. All refunds are subject to store credit. All returns are at the buyers cost for postage. Proof of purchase, either recipt or invoice required for exchnages or refunds
What if my dolls arm breaks?
Exchange information will be given on a per circumstance basis. We cannot guarantee an exact skin tone match when replacement body parts are sent. The requestor pays postage.
What is Pullip made of?
ABS Plastic. (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) Is a light rigid plastic that does not age or discolor over time. The plastic is slightly translucent which resembles porcelain.

How tall are the dolls?
Pullip is 30 cm (apprx 12in)
Taeyang is 34 cm (apprx 13 in)
Dal and Byul are each 26.3 cm (apprx 9 in)
Little Pullip is 125 mm (apprx 4.9 in)
Little Dal is 110mm (apprx 4.3”)
What are the different Body Types?
The body of Pullip has steadily evolved since it was introduced. The first body was applied Wind(Jul,2007 to Withered(Dec,2003). The second body came under Venus(Jan, 2004), which has a silicon upper body(breast-Bird cage), to Paja(Jun,2005). The third body applied to Lan-Ai/Ake(Jul, 2005) to all the Pullip product available now. With continuous development, there are distinctions in the size, operating method and scope.

The upper body is made from silicon which makes it look more real and natural.

Is Pullip wigged or rooted?
Early models from the year 2003 were rooted. All Pullips from 2004-present are wigged
(Except the following dolls were rooted: Savon, Bianca, Venus)
Can I remove her wig?
Yes wigs are removable. Jun Planning does not recommend removing Pullips wig.
Can I change her eyes?
Yes eyes can be changed. Jun Planning does not recommend removing Pullips eye chips.
What if my Pullip is stained?
Most stains can be removed with a Mr. Clean magic eraser. We cannot guarantee non staining from clothing.
Can I remove her makeup?
Yes makeup can be removed. Jun Planning does not recommend removing Pullips makeup.
Who is Pullip?
Pullip is a fashion doll that expresses today’s present feeling. She stands 30cm tall (about 12 inches), and she is fully articulated. Pullip can open and close her eyes, and look side to side. A new Pullip Fashion doll is issued every month. Each doll comes with a unique outfit and accessories, trading card and a doll stand. Pullip means, “leaf” (young) in Korean.
Who is Taeyang?
Taeyang is Pullip’s second male counterpart. He is fully articulated with eyes that move back & forth. His eyes open & close with buttons. Taeyang stands 34cm in height (about 13.5 inches). Taeyang is released on a bi-monthly basis.
Who is Dal?
Dal is Taeyang's 13-year-old little sister who considers Pullip as her 'rival'. Like Pullip and Taeyang, Dal is fully articulated with eyes that move back & forth. Her eyes do not open and close. Dal is 26.3cm (about 9 inches) in height and is released on a monthly basis.
Who is Byul?
Byul is Dal's 13-year-old best friend. Like Dal, Byul is fully articulated with eyes that move back & forth. Her eyes do not open and close. Byul is 26.3cm (about 9 inches) in height and is released on a tri-monthly basis.
Who is Little Pullip?
The newest addition to the Jun Planning Family! Meet Little Pullip - She stands almost 5 inches tall 125mm or 4.9") comes with cute outfit and doll stand. This is a new face sculpt for Little Pullip.
Who is Little Dal?
The newest addition to the Jun Planning Family! Meet Little Dal - She stands almost 4-1/2 inches tall (110 mm or 4.3" tall) comes with cute outfit and doll stand. This is a new face sculpt and body.

The second body is more movable freely compare to the first body.
The chest part material changed from Plastic to rubber, and tactile impression is softer feeling.
